6 Years

On Sunday Chris and I celebrated our 6 year wedding anniversary. We left Scarlett behind with my parents and spent the night at the Gaylord Texan hotel. It was so much fun! It was the first time I've been to the movies since Scarlett was born and the first time I've ever left her over night! Yes, I do need to get out more! We had a wonderful time, and I can see how getting out and spending time alone can be addicting!

We celebrated the 4th at Mandy and Jeff's house this year. We had fun eating, playing and swimming!

Oh Happy Day

I realize that not everyone might agree, but I think having your first Happy Meal is a photo worthy occasion. Just think, there's probably hundreds of deprived children out there who'll never get to sink their teeth into such delicacies. Like Shiloh & Suri, I'm pretty sure they can only dream of fatty cheeseburgers, salty fries, sugary juice boxes, and rinky dink toys from Mickey D's while they lunch on their organic tofu. Poor kids. I'm such a giving mom that I decided it was high time Scarlett got some of the good stuff.
